Stress affects so many different areas of our lives, both physically and mentally and it has long been known that medical intervention is not the solution. It is impossible to recommend one direct course of treatment to alleviate symptoms of stress, many of the therapies offered above can help, however finding the right approach will be depend on your personal circumstances and symptoms.
